The Temperature Probe
The temperature probe is a food thermometerthat
gauges the internal temperature of your food; it
must be used when using TEMPCOOK or AUTO
ROAST.To utilizeyourtemperatureprobe properly,
follow the directions for use and insertion in this
bookinthesectionentitled“How to Auto Roast”.

A, Yes. Delicate butter icings, ice
cream, frozen whipped
topphgs,
etc., soften rapidly at warm tem-
peratures. Batters and doughs as
well as frozen foods are also diffi-
cult to cook precisely with the
probe. It is best to TIME C(X3K
thesefoods.

A, “PR013E” will flash on the dis-
play if you have not securely
seated the end of the probe into
