1. Carefully unpack, removing any bubble pack and inspect the contents of your tree.
2. Remove tree stand from storage bag and open.
NOTE: trees are shipped with (1) thumbscrew either already threaded into the stand or
packaged separately in a bag. Make certain to locate the thumbscrew before discarding
the storage bag.
Hint: your assembled tree may be heavy and difficult to
move so place the stand in the desired location before
assembling.
The thumbscrew is to be threaded into the stand. Insert or
back-out accordingly. Look for the bottom section of the
tree, identified by a red-colored plastic protective cap at
bottom of pole. Remove the cap and place the pole into the
tree stand and fully tighten the thumbscrew.
Trouble Shooting Tips
If one section of your tree does not illuminate,
check that section for loose or missing bulbs or
that all electrical connections on tree are made.
Also, check the fused plug for a missing or
burned out fuse and make certain the wall
switch is turned on.
Tree Storage
When your tree is not in use, be sure to store it
neatly in a cool, dry location protected from
sunlight.

3. Locate and untwist the red metal tie wrap holding the branches in place.
Hint: If your branches do not fall into place, DO NOT force down.
Gently lift up on branch panel to release branch from its locked position. Also, during
shipping, branch tips may become intertwined or entangled with others. Carefully undo. Now,
all rows of branches should be in the open position.
Locate the long lead wire, bring it down through the tree and place it to the side for later use.
4. If your tree contains only 2 sections, skip to 5. After securing the Bottom section in the tree
stand remove the green protective cap from the Middle section. Find locating key inside opening.
Find groove at top of the Bottom section.
Insert Middle section over opening in Bottom section rotating slightly until it slides down
and is fully seated, being careful to keep the cord from entering the
opening and damaging the wires. Locate the long lead wire, bring it
down through the bottom section and place it to the side for later use.
NOTE: This stabilizes your tree keeping both sections from
turning and properly aligning branch panels.Untwist the
red metal tie wrap holding the branches in place.
Refer to Hint in 3.
5. Insert the Tree Top into the opening of its lower section
and shape, being careful to keep the cord from entering
the opening and damaging the wires. After securing all
sections, follow the shaping instructions listed below in Step A.
Step A: For a natural uniform look, position branch tips outward to right, left, up and down.
Repeat for each branch panel and each tree section.
Electrically connect by fully inserting the plug from the top pole into the end connector near
the top of the lower pole.
6. To illuminate take the plug from the long lead wire and fully insert directly into a working GFCI
outlet or an outdoor-rated extension cord.
7. Please check your tree for any loose, unlit or damaged bulbs. They must be replaced
promptly in order to maintain the performance and life expectancy of your pre-lit tree.
